The World Screams

Screams

The world is dogma
and politics, it is full of ills,
gnashing teeth and mental tricks.

My career is concrete,
metal and stone,
highways, byways and flights alone.

You are the kiss
born of Cupid and crescent breasts
of sweet and delicious.

The world screams
when all it needs
is your whisper of angelic dreams.

You are the tumult
in the heaven of softness,
the sun in warmth, the wind in breath.

You are the temple and the altar
to my prayers.
