This Friday we will be journeying to Mackinac City to the Old Mackinac Point Lighthouse.  There we will be showing our books for a place on the shelves in the gift shop.  

Mackinac is a major destination for summer visitors to Michigan.  Mackinac Island and the Mackinac bridge are landmarks of distinction.  There are an abundance of shops and fun things to do, like the butterfly house where many an exotic butterfly flits and flies.

A great destination for grandparents and grand kids to be a part of the butterfly community. Just be careful that they don’t try to hitchhike into the wilderness beyond their doors.
