Geckos are more entertaining to watch than TV. Certainly more interesting than a bunch of anarchists with their iPhone videos of themselves obstructing and harassing law enforcement. I have visions of the police armed with gecko tongues, making mighty quick work of the rioters who are acting lower on the livingness scale than cockroaches. So if you are a cockroach I hope the geckos are hot on your trail.
I see hope out there on the horizon where our shady past has folded its tent and surrenders to the future.
Like pure reason, this gesture has a specific gravity, something solid and tangible as a smile. It is here in this sacred concept that so many things flourish and truly belong and others that just plain shouldn’t be— like sirens shrieking and red lights flashing, rioters flinging curses and firebombs from the deepest dark of our human rights.

Our justice system has completely failed. If you have any power of observation and honesty you have witnessed this failure in the Minnesota Church incident involving the fake news reporter, Lemon. His criminal entourage were quickly subdued and arrested, only to be freed almost immediately by sleaze bag lawyers and corrupt judges.
As the result of this miscarriage of justice, these anarchists know they will immediately be set free by our corrupt justice system. Once free, they then use the media to profit from their criminal behavior and notoriety. Under this model, there is no incentive to recant nor repair their wrongs. By and large, the incentives are just the opposite. Who educated these rioters, crooked judges and shyster lawyers? We did with our broken education system, from colleges on down. Thus, broken education adds up to a broken society, which equals a broken justice system. In total, we have a broken country with a broken government. Congress is about as effective as a condom with a hole in it.
The current administration and Republicans as a whole are by far the better of two evils. Our only hope as a nation is to rid ourselves of the degraded, ineffective and corrupt Democratic Party. Removing them from governing at as many levels as possible is a productive action. VOTE REPUBLICAN. SAVE AMERICA!
Integrity is hard won in a world stripped of its moral compass. Temptations to violate natural laws and common sense are always just a step or two outside the door. One compromised step and one’s integrity is eroded for that next immoral step, and then another. Sadly, I have witnessed it so many times that it is now getting harder and harder to find hard working souls that haven’t been compromised for the sake of profit.
As an example, there’s this character called Lemon. Lemon once had a pound of integrity but squandered it all peddling lies and insults for a publicized stint on social media, with a sordid following of criminals, perverts and “social activists”. He recently stepped a little further out the door and instigated a riot inside a church in Minnesota. Now, he should be headed where he belongs, prison. However, I am afraid there isn’t a single judge, prosecutor nor even defense lawyer that is capable of heeding the call: “May we not compromise for the sake of profit”.
If I had a memory, I ‘d conjure up a soothing froth around my feet. I’d picture a beach of scampering crabs and sandpipers peeping. I’d have my surf fishing pole, my sunglasses and drink with an umbrella to pick the seaweed out of my teeth. Never been there, but it’s nice just the same.
