On this Thanksgiving I have a lot to be thankful for, the bloodline that runs through my veins played an integral part in the founding of America. I am a twelfth generation descendant of Pilgrims John Alden and William Brewster. I am related to three US Presidents— John Adams, John Quincy Adams and William Taft. My family’s blood has been sacrificed and spilled for generations creating and defending the Constitution of the United States of America and all the freedoms afforded to this great nation’s citizenry.
